Dennis Brittain, PDG Director of Operations, is a North Carolina native and graduate of UNC-Charlotte with a BS in Civil Engineering. Dennis has over 20 years of experience in the design, construction, and delivery processes for a wide range of project types. Prior to beginning his work with Project Development Group, Dennis worked for two general contractors and completed projects in 15 states, spanning the Northeastern, Southeastern, and Midwestern United States. His project types included retail, educational, medical, recreational, and non-profit.
As Director of Operations for PDG, Dennis demonstrates dependable, strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. His responsibilities include design document review, constructability analysis, bid management, construction administration services, and project closeout management. Currently, Dennis is managing 25-30 roll-out type projects for a national retail client. In addition to providing typical project administration services, he has designed an innovative, complementary remote management system for these projects.
