Todd French serves as Construction Project Manager at Project Development Group, a development management services company providing comprehensive site work and construction administration services throughout the United States, with a strong regional footprint in the Southeast. PDG works on behalf of its clients in all phases of a construction project to maximize its success. The company serves its clients by selecting the most qualified architects, engineers, and general contractors that are best suited for a particular project—and then carefully manages their progress through to completion.
French is instrumental in providing management of initial project due diligence to final budgeting, schedule development, design, project coordination, project permitting, bidding, contract negotiation, construction, and project close-out.
Prior to PDG, French was awarded the “Most Ground-Up Store Openings” for being the Project Manager with the most store openings in FY 2015. While at Family Dollar, he managed all aspects of the construction of Family Dollar ground-up stores and oversaw the construction of 238 stores over a four-year period.
