Project Administration

As the Project Administrator, PDG manages the design, bid, construction, and delivery of a project for the Owner. PDG has provided this service for over 100 projects since 2007. We utilize time-tested processes and systems to minimize a project’s risk for our clients.

The services PDG provides include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Contract Management of all consultants, including architects, engineers, and geotechnical engineers
  • Permit Coordination with all regulatory review agencies
  • Coordination and Management of the bid (or negotiation) process for the project
  • GC Contract Development and Implementation
  • Management of Request for Information (RFI) and shop drawing processes between the architect and general contractor
  • Budget and Schedule Development and Management
  • Administration and Oversight of the site and building construction
  • Management of the change order process while working to minimize change orders
  • Development of a Quality Control Program for the project using outside specialty consultants
  • Conflict Resolution between architect, engineers, contractors, local municipalities, and new or existing tenants when necessary
  • Management of the Pay Application Process, including lien waiver tracking
  • Perform regular site visits to the project, including implementing and overseeing regular on-site project meetings with the contractors and designers
  • Project Reporting to Owner and, if required, the lender
  • Management of Project Closeout and Delivery Processes
