A North Carolina native, Randall Bell graduated in civil engineering from North Carolina State University. He is a former registered professional engineer in North Carolina and South Carolina and has been involved in the development and construction industries for over 40 years. Randall likes to say he started his career “in the bottom of a ditch.” In reality, it’s true because his family owned a grading/utilities construction company, where Randall spent his early years learning the complexities of site development, including fine grading of sanitary sewer and storm line ditches.
Throughout his career, Randall has performed in many facets of the engineering, development, and construction industries. He 
has served as Senior Facilities Manager for a large manufacturing company, as Civil Engineer, as Project Manager for a general contractor, as Program Manager, and as V. P. of Construction for a retail development company. Currently, as Founder and President of Project Development Group, Randall serves as Project Administrator for clients in multiple industries—to include retail, industrial, multi-family, educational, office, etc.
Having gained extensive experience in and a comprehensive knowledge of pre-development, design, construction, and project closeout, Randall truly leads his team with proven “Trees to Keys” expertise. He has developed and refined processes and systems of project management that emphasize the critical project components of budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. If asked what has most contributed to his successful completion of over 100 projects throughout his career, Randall will assert that is has been his outstanding team.
