Okatie Village Commons is a multi-phased shopping center anchored by Food Lion’s new prototypical store. The first phase of development of this 72-acre site included 
public road construction and public utility construction. The center is located in Bluffton, South Carolina adjacent to Sun City, a 6,000-home, 11,000-resident active adult community development. Directly connected to Sun City, the center is convenient for residents to shop by driving their golf carts to the store.
This 59,000 square foot shopping center’s retail tenants include Quality Golf Cars, Diva Nails & Spa, The UPS Store, #1 China, Hilton Head Veterinary Clinics, Clemson Physical Therapy, Carolina Heritage Insurance, Smith Law, Sports Addiction, and Mi Tierrita Mexican restaurant.
Bluffton is located in the southernmost coastal county in South Carolina. Okatie Village Commons is located along US Highway 278 at the intersection of US Highway 278 heading onto Hilton Head Island and SC Highway 170 heading to Savannah, Georgia.
