HARPETH SQUARE

Harpeth Square is an $80 million dollar multi-use project located in historic downtown Franklin, a suburb of Nashville, one of the wealthiest and fastest growing cities in Tennessee, and the 14th fastest growing city in the United States. Named after Benjamin Franklin and the site of a famous Civil War battle, today the City of Franklin is a “vibrant blend of historic preservation and modern sophistication.”

Harpeth’s Square’s four story 155-unit high-end luxury apartment homes will consist of a mixture of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with high-end amenities. The homes will be adjacent to the Harpeth River and the future Riverwalk, a mile-long trail that will include river overlook points and a footbridge crossing the Harpeth River. Residents will enjoy superb views and convenient access to the amenities of downtown Franklin. The homes, with average units being approximately 1,050 square feet, will feature concrete construction, wide corridors, ten-foot ceilings, balconies with views of the Harpeth River and downtown Franklin. The apartment homes will have private parking spaces in the new parking deck, a clubroom featuring a kitchen and gathering area, and a New Orleans-style courtyard.
