HARPETH SQUARE

Harpeth Square is an $80 million dollar multi-use project located in historic downtown Franklin, a suburb of Nashville, one of the wealthiest and fastest growing cities in Tennessee, and the 14^th fastest growing city in the United States. Named after Benjamin Franklin and the site of a famous Civil War battle, today the City of Franklin is a “vibrant blend of historic preservation and modern sophistication.”

Harpeth’s Square’s four story 155-unit high-end luxury apartment homes will consist of a mixture of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with high-end amenities. The homes will be adjacent to the Harpeth River and the future Riverwalk, a mile-long trail that will include river overlook points and a footbridge crossing the Harpeth River. Residents will enjoy superb views and convenient access to the amenities of downtown Franklin. The hotel will feature large rooms and high ceilings, double vanities, and walk-in showers with seats.

The ground floor of Harpeth Square will consist of mixed spaces, including high-end retail and restaurants. The new hotel/apartment/retail complex will wrap around a four-story poured-in-place concrete parking garage with 601 shared parking spaces.
