Milford Crossing, once anchored by a Food Lion grocery store, has been renovated into a Walmart Neighborhood Market—a smaller, more convenient grocery store chain concept
launched by Walmart. With a total of 46,928 square feet of shop space, its co-tenants include Subway, Metro PCS, Pretty Nails, Allstate, and China King Restaurant.
Milford Crossing is located in Marietta, Georgia, one of the Atlanta metropolitan area’s largest suburbs, and has a high-density area of 80,000 people within a three-mile radius.
