Strickland Corners, located in Raleigh, North Carolina, was completed in January of 2011. With a total of 53,000 square feet, the center is anchored by a 38,000 square foot
Food Lion grocery store, as well as 15,000 square feet of retail space.
The site development for this project included underground storm water retention systems, while construction included structural floor slabs for the retail shops, CMU block walls, and steel framed structures with brick and EIFS exterior finishes.
The center is placed in a high traffic area with 16,100 vehicles each day and 131,102 people living within a five-mile radius.
